Pastel Run Time error 401 when printing

1. The font file in the company folder has become corrupted.

2. Go to C:\Pastel##\Custom\Language and copy the accfont.eng file and paste it into the company folder.

3. Rename Accfont.dat to Accfont.old.

4. Then rename the Accfont.eng to Accfont.dat.

Backup in Progress - when opening company

 

When opening a company you may occasionally recieve the following error message:

 

BACKUP IN PROGRESS. You may not open the company until the backup is finished. Please try again later.

 

To resolve this search in the company data folder for a file called Backup.txt and delete it.

You should now be able to open the company.

Pastel Partner Runtime Error 401

 

If you are reccieving this error message then it is likely that the font file in the company folder has become corrupted. 

 

To resolve:

Go to C:\Pastel##\Custom\Language and copy the accfont.eng file and paste it into the company folder. 

Rename Accfont.dat to Accfont.old. 

Then rename the Accfont.eng to Accfont.dat.

Error 5: When editing users

If you are getting a Run-Time error 5 message when trying to edit Users causing Partner to crash out you need to Overwrite the accuser data file.

 

To overwrite the Accuser file follow the instructions in the downloadable word document
