  1. Click on the emarketing icon from the left navigation bar in Act!
  2. Create your password
  3. Check your email to verify your account
  4. You're ready to go!

(-119) Database server type not supported Integration Framework

If you are trying to configure B1i for Dashboards or other options and you get (-119) Database server type not supported Integration Framework as an error when running the test. This will happen if you try and run B1i on a different server to SAP Business One or SQL. The reason is lack of the SQL Native Client, download and install the SQL Native Client found here: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/confirmation.aspx?id=29065 Reboot the server and all will work correctly.

Updating Existing Customer Defaults

You are able to do ‘mass replace by using the Batch change option..

In the customers screen, select some or all of the customers that you would like to change (Hold Shift)

At the bottom right of the screen select the batch change button:

This will bring up the customer records for bulk changes.

Updating User Logins

If you would like to personalise your username and password for Forecast 5, login to Forecast 5 with the default details:

Username: Admin

Password: (blank)

Then go to Update Current User

 

Change the username, enter the old password and enter a new password. Click Ok.
